Order Processing Time
We process all orders as quickly as possible. You can be confident that your order will be handed over to the postal service on the day it is received or the next business day, including Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped either from our warehouse in Canada or from a warehouse in Ukraine.

Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location and typically take 10–12 business days. We work with a reliable delivery partners — UPS, USPS, Canada Post, DHL and FedEx — to ensure your order is received on time. For expedited shipping, please contact our customer service to check available options.

Changing the Shipping Address
Please carefully check the shipping address you provide before confirming your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address after the order has been dispatched.

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to check the delivery status at any time.

Shipping Issues

We guarantee that you will receive your order. If, for any reason, your order is not delivered on time due to a postal company error, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
